Bush Playgroup

BOOK HERE
Bush Playgroup program is for families with children aged 0-5 years. It provides a rich sensory play experience with storytelling, songs, nature crafts and bush walks. Our program provides hands-on nature based activities that support children's social skills, physical and emotional development.

Our Bush Playgroup program is facilitated by Ting from Eco Explorers, specialists in outdoor bush education.

Children will enjoy exploring, discovering and learning in wild bush spaces, whilst building their resilience, confidence, and self-esteem.

The Bush Playgroup program will:
  • Incorporate Aboriginal perspectives
  • Help to develop and strengthen community connections
  • Consider each child’s holistic development
  • Support mindfulness in nature, and
  • Encourage sustainability by engaging in meaningful, age-appropriate sensory play experiences.
Our Bush Playgroup takes place at Wattle Park in Burwood.
