Bush Playgroup

Bush Playgroup program is for families with children aged 0-5 years. It provides a rich sensory play experience with storytelling, songs, nature crafts and bush walks. Our program provides hands-on nature based activities that support children's social skills, physical and emotional development.
Our Bush Playgroup program is facilitated by Ting from Eco Explorers, specialists in outdoor bush education. Children will enjoy exploring, discovering and learning in wild bush spaces, whilst building their resilience, confidence, and self-esteem. The Bush Playgroup program will:

Ting is a life-long performer and storyteller who is passionate about fostering children’s natural curiosity and creativity. Ting is an experienced playgroup facilitator with a background in the community sector, across events, cultural activities, performing arts and media. Her creative pursuits include writing children's stories for outdoor theatre and picture books.

Please note that Bush Playgroup is an all-weather outdoor playgroup. Please ensure you bring appropriate weather protection and clothing. Sessions will only be cancelled in the event of an extreme weather warning; fire, storm, extremely high temperatures and strong wind.
