Winter Growing & Planting Workshop (Age 1-6)
Using music and scientific inquiry, children will explore the diversity of plants, the different parts of a plant, and what plants need to grow and survive compared to what humans need.
Children will get to plant their own winter seedlings to take home and care for themselves. Each child will also have the opportunity to make their own 'Nature Crown', using recycled cardboard and treasures collected from nature.
Facilitated by 'Little Sprouts Program', children and their parent/carer will enjoy a fun, play-based sustainability workshop that aims to support children to become environmentally responsible.
