​Every four years, the Craig’s Committee of Management embarks on a review of our long-term strategic plan.  This plan is designed to bring to life our Statement of Philosophy and our organisational purpose, right across our services including: early education, community development programs and Neighbourhood House initiatives.  Together with our staff, members and external stakeholders, the Committee develops a four year action plan that we work towards and refer to when reporting on our progress monthly, quarterly and annually.
