With the warmer weather upon us and restrictions easing, let's turn our attention to our health & wellbeing.
Join us in a series of FREE health & wellbeing workshops delivered across Term 4.
We are delighted to present our October practitioners, naturopath Natalie Cruttenden from Resonance Complementary Therapies and Dr. Andrew Cordeiro from Glen Iris Chiropractic.
Each workshop will aim to inform and inspire us to be our ‘best selves’ during these challenging times. Workshops will be informative and interactive, delivered FREE via Zoom.

Workshop 1: Natalie talks Good Digestion
Saturday 24 October 2020, 10am – 11am
Natalie Cruttenden is a naturopath working in Ashburton and has over 20 years’ clinical experience. Natalie spent a number of years working as a Registered Nurse at the Royal Women’s Hospital, which proved invaluable to her naturopathic practice.
Natalie’s areas of interest include digestive health, SIBO, food intolerances, gut related issues, autoimmune issues and sports nutrition. To learn more about Natalie’s practice, click here.

Dr. Andrew Cordeiro is a chiropractor working in Glen Iris. He has been practicing chiropractic for over 16 years. He is passionate about good health and provides a holistic healthcare approach for the whole family.
Andrew started his academic career studying Medical Radiography followed by a double degree in Chiropractic at RMIT. To learn more about Andrew’s practice, click here.

Children’s Week Art Competition - October 2020
Children's Week celebrates the right of children to enjoy childhood and recognises their talents, skills and achievements. Children's Week 2020 celebrates the right of all children to choose their own friends and safely connect with others.
To celebrate Children’s Week 2020, we are inviting children and young people to enter our Children’s Week Art Competition. You can draw, paint, or digitally illustrate a picture that shows us how you are staying connected with your family, friends and community during this time. Be as creative as you like! We will create a ‘virtual art gallery’ during Children’s Week, 24 October – 1 November and display the work of our finalists. |
How to Enter
- Create your artwork - Draw, paint, or digitally illustrate a picture that shows us how you are safely staying connected with your family, friends and community during this time.
- Fill out the entry form and upload your artwork between 18 September & 18 October 2020
- Provide your name, age and school along with the title of your artwork and a brief description
Please note: Your artwork must be your original work created specifically for this competition.
To enter, you must live in Boroondara or neighbouring suburbs.
There are three categories:
- Kindergarten (Age 3-5)
- Primary School (Age 6-11), and
- Secondary School (Age 12-18)
Two winners from each age group will be announced on Friday 23 October.
