Louise Ippolito, CFC Executive Director
B Ed, M Ed, M Bus - Appointed 2022

Louise is a highly qualified teacher with over 40 years’ experience in the field of Early Childhood Education in both long day-care and kindergarten settings. She has worked in various leadership and management roles for 25+ years.

Louise has well-developed leadership skills - her approach is inclusive and collaborative. She is passionate about advocating for children’s safety, education and overall wellbeing.

Louise was appointed Executive Director in February 2022.

In her spare time, Louise loves to travel and take long cruises with her husband. She also enjoys jewellery making and tapestry and spending time with her great nephew - who has just become a big brother!

Peter Sizeland, CFC Chair
 CPA, GAICD, B Bus., Cert Bus– Appointed 2022

Peter has more than 30 years’ experience working in public service in various management roles and directorships including Victorian Government Statutory Authorities.  Peter is a qualified CPA and a graduate of the AICD. 
 
He has also been involved with a variety of non-profit organisations for nearly 20 years, including the Craig Family Centre, where Peter was Treasurer between 2015-2019.
 
Peter was appointed Executive Director, by the Committee to steer the Craig through the uncertainty of the pandemic. Peter has two daughters and a son. Outside of work, Peter enjoys golf and travelling.

Joy Vogt, CFC Vice Chair

Joy has had extensive experience in the education field. She has taught for more than 40 years from Prep to TAFE, gained an insight into the whole Victorian state education system from early childhood education, primary, secondary and TAFE sectors during more than 10 years as an Australian Education Union State Councillor.
 
During her time as a project officer at the Department of Education and Training Joy facilitated projects across private, Catholic  and State schools. 
 
Joy has also worked in Koorie Education. Her Masters in Special Education enriched her contribution to Prep to Year 12 students with special needs.  Her special interest is developing positive, equitable educational outcomes for all ages in our Craig community. 

Bob Stensholt, CFC Secretary
B A., B Div (Hons), M Int Law, Dip Phil - Appointed 2002

​A Victorian MP for over 10 years holding diverse roles, including Parliamentary Secretary for Treasury and Finance and Chair of Public Accounts & Estimates Committee, Bob has also held senior management roles in Federal and State Governments, both in Australia and abroad.
 
With extensive experience in international diplomacy, health and education, justice, industry and resources, project evaluation, international water law, environment policy and international development, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the Craig Family Centre.
 
Bob is now retired however remains involved in a wide range of local community organisations and activities.

Mr Roman Fida, Treasurer
LL.B (Hons), BA - Appointed 2022

Roman is a local to Glen Iris and is married with 3 children. All children attended childcare the Craig Family Centre.

Roman is a Principal lawyer for TBJ Law and Senior Law Lecturer at Victoria University he is also a member of various committees and boards.

​Dr Winnie Waudo, CFC Committee Member
Ph D, B Sc., MAICD – Appointed 2020

​Winnie has extensive strategic and operational experience in public and private sectors, with a focus on leading and delivering business transformation programs, organisational capability and business improvement.  
 
Winnie is particularly interested in education and community development programs, which she believes are the backdrop against which resilient and adaptable communities are borne. She is the Chair of Governance at The River Nile School (RNS), a Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) setting focussed on re-engaging refugee and asylum seeker school aged women who have had disrupted schooling.
 
Winnie holds a PhD in Renewable Energy and a BSc in Biochemistry.

Jo Thorpe, CFC Committee Member

Shalini Bodhakar, CFC Committee Member
Appointed 2022

Jo is pleased to be back on the Craig COM, serving for 7 years in the 2000’s while her children, now teenagers, were part of the Craig FC kinder and occasional care.
 Jo works as a manager for a Child and Family Allied Health team and maintains a small clinical caseload, working as a physio with children impacted by delays or disability.
Jo has worked in regional centres, outback Australia and in public housing projects and understands the impacts of poverty and the factors that drive positive outcomes. Jo is passionate about building communities that provide the best opportunities to kids from all backgrounds and with all abilities. 

Shalini was born and grew up in Shepparton before moving to Melbourne for her tertiary studies. she completed a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Japanese and graduated with a Master of teaching. in the last ten years, Shalini has worked as a teacher of Humanities and English as an Additional Language.

Aside from being a mum, Shalini loves travelling, good food and spending time with her family and friends. She looks forward to representing parents on the Craig Family Committee of Management.
