Course Facilitator
Catherine Loria is a highly experienced 'Hello Yoga Kids' facilitator. She has been working with children for many years in a variety of settings, including kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools.
Catherine places special focus on the wellbeing of the whole child - physically, socially and emotionally. Through movement and mindfulness, she enjoys helping children to become more aware of themselves and how they interact in the world around them.
Catherine has a background in Health Science and is trained in Zenergy Kids Yoga.

Age 5-8, Weekly Sessions:
Tuesdays, 4.15pm - 5pm

16 February (6-week program)
Course Fee:
$100 (special introductory price)
Annual Membership is required for term enrolments, payable at time of booking.
