Welcome to Children's Services
We offer a variety of services for children and young families.
This includes childcare, child social and educational programs.

Occasional Care
Program provides care for children from two to five years of age. Sessions run five mornings per week Monday to Friday between 9.15 am and 12.15 pm.
Permanent Booking system operates.
Ages 2 - 5 years:
Monday - Friday

Three Year Old Kindergarten

The kinder program provides a learning environment for 3 year olds and also assists in particular their social development.
Session Times
Group 1. Monday and Wednesday 9.30 am - 12.30 pm
Group 2. Tues 1.00 pm - 4.00 pm & Thurs 9.30 am - 12.30 pm

Choose from a huge selection of educational toys, tapes and games for children up to 8 years old.

Annual Membership.
  • Standard $96.00 (4 toys per fortnight)
  • Deluxe $128 (6 toys per fortnight)
  • Group membership $237

    Health Promotion
    Through the year the centre also holds special sessions on health promotion issues. These have included areas of Mental Health, aging, healthy diet, exercise and relaxation.
    The Featherweight Club Premmie Playgroup
    A playgroup for families who have had premature or sick babies in the Special Care Nursery.
    Meet and chat with other parents who have been through similar experiences and support each other.

    Venue Hire:


    The Centre offers a perfect venue for your children's birthday parties.
    Available weekends 8.00am - 8.00pm.

    Half day $120.00 Full day $220.00 (incl. GST)

     
    Co-Located Services:

    Maternal and Child Health Nurse
    Phone. 9885 4795

    A Maternal Child Health Nurse is available to assist mothers with young babies. Also young mothers support groups are available and post-natal depression groups are run from time to time. The MCH Nurse is available for appointments on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
